The TD-680 is designed to produce ready-to-sell Chinese spring rolls (egg rolls) with thorough automated processes. Mixed batter is sprayed onto a rotating drum whose surface temperature is heated and maintained at 120 to 140℃. Lengthy and continuous sheet rolls off the drum after baking and is cooled by air fans on a long conveyor table. The conveyor table connects to next station for filling deposit, wrapping and cutting. The fully automated production requires minimum labor while providing maximum productivity.
